Located directly in front of the park trail entrance with hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails and area fishing lakes. Location: Approximately 2 hours north of the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area via Interstate 35W, Hwy 169, 47 or 65.

A 3,500 sq. ft. private home with two garages on 8 acres with adjacent lake lot with a private dock. This home includes 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Jacuzzi tub, outdoor hot tub, grand foyer entrance, vaulted living room with a gas fireplace, floor to ceiling kitchen cabinets, refrigerator-freezer with an icemaker, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, laundry and many other appliances. Multiple deck and patio levels provide complete daylight options and safe walkways. The estate includes a sound system, a secure gated entrance with a remote opener, satellite television, telephone, multimedia entertainment options, on demand hot water, heating and air condition cooling systems.

$1500 for 3 nights and 4 day weekends
$1500 weekly with advance deposit for stay through June
$2500 weekly July and August
$3000 weekly for holiday weeks (Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day)
Additional occupants over 6 total add $100 per person.

Aitkin County Estate (ACE) is the premier gated estate located in the covenant restricted Community of Wild Oak Development north of McGregor, Minnesota on Lake Minnewawa. For added space, a guest room is included on the second floor of the garage right next door. This multi-level home is set back 600 feet on 8 acres and backs up to Savanna Portage State Park. The Park Reserve covers approximately 50 square miles of Pine forests and dozens of remote lakes. This wooded 8 acre lot is located about 5 miles south of the Continental Divide.

Wildlife includes: whitetail deer, owls, bald eagles, hawks, wood pecker, grouse and dozens other popular bird species. The home includes multiple walkways, decks and a balcony that provides excellent wildlife viewing. The renovation of Carefree Pines Resort is now known as Big Sandy Lodge and Resort and now provides boats, snowmobiles and lodging rooms for rent. Use of indoor swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi tub is available on a space available basis at a daily rate per person.
